Owatonna isn't just where I work. It's where I've called home for the past 27 years, where my family and I have raised our six children, and where I've had the privilege of building lasting friendships and relationships throughout the community.

I grew up in Florida and spent time in North Dakota serving in the U.S. Air Force and attending college before eventually making Owatonna home. Over the years, I've come to appreciate what makes Owatonna and Steele County so special—the people, the strong sense of community, and the way neighbors look out for one another.

I've been part of the State Farm family since 1998, beginning my career in corporate before becoming a State Farm agent in 2002. My experience in claims taught me something I've carried throughout my career: insurance isn't just about policies. It's about helping people and families when they need it most.

Being involved in the community has always been important to me. I've been fortunate to serve as President of the Owatonna Exchange Club in 2009, 2019, and 2025, and I've enjoyed being involved with the Owatonna Chamber of Commerce.

My background also includes serving as a Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force Security Forces at Minot Air Force Base and earning my degree in Economics and Communications from North Dakota State University.

But of all the experiences and accomplishments in my life, raising our six children here in Owatonna is one of the things I'm most proud of.
